Timescales and charges for delivery vary depending on the products ordered, your delivery address and country, and the delivery services available. Delivery will be to the address specified in your order. If no one is available at a residential or other address at the time of delivery, our courier will advise whether your order has been left in a specified safe place, or returned to the depot.
When the products are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order, all risk including loss or damage to the products shall pass to you.
We shall be under no liability for any failure to deliver products when specified if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Returning an item/items
If you want to return one or more items, please contact us by email – info@Fazed.com – and specify your order number and the items you want to return. We advise you to always keep the shipping receipt, until you received our confirmation about receiving your parcel. Keep in mind that you are held responsible for the parcel until the items have returned to us, ALWAYS add your name, order number and return reason to the parcel before returning it.
Purchases can be returned within 28 days after the receipt of goods. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused and with all its original packaging, tags and clothing in perfect conditions. You will receive a reimbursement for the value of the returned item(s) within 14 days after the product has been received by us. We are entitled to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back from you or until you have produced evidence of having sent back the goods.
Please be aware that it can take up to 10 working days until the refunded amount is visible in your payment method.

Returns Charges
Unless in the case of receiving a damaged/faulty or wrong item you will, unfortunately, have to pay the return shipping costs choosing the carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend you track the shipping or obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Courier/Post Office as we will not be held responsible for any returning items lost in transit. If you wish to return a parcel please ensure the items are in a resalable condition and unworn with the tags attached, otherwise we cannot guarantee they will be accepted.
In the case of any of your items arriving damaged/wrong item sent, please contact us directly through email highlighting the order number and a description of the issue. We’ll get back to you asap to get a better understanding of the situation and let you know how we will solve the issue.
If you have received a defective item, please inform us directly after receiving it at info@Fazed.com, not later than 28 days after the delivery.
Once we have received your return items, we will let you know through the email address used for placing the order. We will then confirm the return and either provide a new item, a corresponding voucher or confirm the processing of the refund.
